Some neighbors suck...literally.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. I’m being unfair. I’m being judgmental. I’m being downright unkind. Well, you haven’t met the new neighbor who’s moved in right behind Maisy Harker.

Quirky Maisy spends her time daydreaming about her sexy husband, Jensen Helsing. Though their marriage is one of convenience, Maisy wishes the sparks of heat she feels around him were reciprocated. Sexually starved, she also lusts after her mysterious neighbor, Adam. All her female ancestors have been drawn to the vampire and bound by his desires, experiencing a terrible side effect of the curse and resulting in death.

It's up to Maisy to find a way to break the curse once and for all before she, too, falls under his spell.

When I wrote Bite Thy Neighbor, I had no idea where it was going. I just thought it would be a fun romp similar to the sultry and wicked lives of the women on that old show Desperate Housewives or maybe a more current one like the Real Housewives of Atlanta. In fact, when it turned into a funny, erotic novel about a vampire resembling my personal celebrity crush, Adam Levine, and his effect on the neighborhood gals, I was shocked. I don’t even like vampires! But…sometimes, you have to go where the story takes you, and to my delight, this fun, fast paced tale turned out to be a blast to write.

Just a small word of advice before you start reading: get a cocktail ready. Maybe light a candle. Close your windows tight to avoid letting in unwanted creatures of the night. Snuggle up to your honey bunny and enjoy what the tale brings. Happy reading!
